Get to Know Me
Matthew Davis is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience. Licensed since 2004, Matthew grew up immersed in the world of real estate, with his mother, Rebecca Davis, a licensed Broker. From a young age, he assisted in marketing and operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Matthew’s journey began with a major in Film and Television Production at Long Beach State, which laid the foundation for his innovative approach to marketing. After college, he transitioned into the mortgage industry, where he worked his way up to an executive role, blending his media skills with his real estate knowledge and technological expertise.
In addition to his real estate practice, Matthew is the owner of Estate Media Services, specializing in real estate and architectural media, further leveraging his background in media to provide top-tier marketing solutions for properties.
In 2025, Matthew joined forces with Maxi Case, a top producer in the Antelope Valley for decades. Maxi’s new Brokerage, The Real Estate Place was launched in 2024 and quickly rose to become the #1 Brokerage in the region.
